1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
  • In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 6–9 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external conditions.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking information becomes active within 24–48 hours
  • Orders can be tracked via the carrier’s official website or our tracking page

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our pricing

5. External Delays & Delivery Issues

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance procedures

While we cannot guarantee delivery timelines in these cases, we will actively assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to reach a resolution as quickly as possible.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Address corrections must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the United States and selected international destinations
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
